Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shopappa, including purchases made through our website.

By visiting our website, using our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Shopappa offers fashion, footwear, accessories, jewelry, and other wearable or fashion-related products.

However, the actual appearance or color of a product may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

Measurements and sizing may also vary between products, manufacturers, designs, and regions. Customers should carefully review available product descriptions, sizing information, and selected variations before placing an order.

We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

By placing an order through Shopappa, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered finally accepted until it has been accepted and processed by Shopappa.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, duplicate orders, or suspected misuse of our Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it, particularly the product, size, color, style, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If we need to contact you regarding your order, we may use the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information you provided when placing your order.

SECTION 4 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & INCORRECT ITEMS

Purchases made through Shopappa are subject to our Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be made within 30 days after receiving the item.

Under our standard return policy, returns or refunds may be available when:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
You receive an incorrect product.
The size received is different from the size you ordered.
The style, color, or variation received is different from what you ordered.
The item received is materially different from the product ordered.

We generally do not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or selected the wrong size, color, style, or variation when placing the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers must contact support@shopappa.com before returning an item.

Items sent back without first receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

All prices displayed through Shopappa are subject to change without notice.

The amount charged for a product will generally be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities or third parties.

Any applicable charges presented by Shopappa before checkout will be shown as part of the checkout process.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment service providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions that are declined, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shopappa serves customers in multiple countries and may offer international shipping where available.

Delivery estimates displayed on our website, checkout, order confirmation, or tracking information are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other logistical events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges depending on the destination country. Responsibility for such charges will be determined by the information presented at checkout and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law regarding delivery, loss, or damaged goods.

SECTION 7 — ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after an order has been shipped.

Tracking information is supplied by shipping carriers and logistics providers. Updates may not appear immediately and may occasionally be delayed.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a shipment has stopped moving.

Shopappa is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our online store.

Purchases made from Shopappa are transactions between the customer and Shopappa, rather than purchases from Shopify.

Shopify may process certain information as necessary to provide its platform and related services.

Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

We may moderate or remove user-submitted content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or applicable law.

SECTION 13 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, technical errors, or omissions relating to products, descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, inventory, or availability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected because of such an error, the affected amount will be refunded.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections or rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
